Cedar Gazebo
A roofed garden retreat with the warmth of cedar and an open or screened design. Plan yours around comfortable seating, a quiet reading spot or a place to gather, with proportions that suit your backyard.
Open Pavilion
A roof supported by posts creates a sheltered dining or lounge area while keeping the sides open to your yard. Size the layout around your furniture, movement through the space and the features you want to include.
Pool Cabana
A partly or fully enclosed structure can provide poolside storage, a changing area or space for entertaining. Plan the layout around privacy, access and the features you need, with utilities considered as part of the design.
The roof

The roof shapes how your gazebo, pavilion or cabana looks and feels. It provides shelter from sun and rain, while its height, shape and finish help the structure fit your home and backyard.
Roofing, framing and foundations need to work together. We plan the roof around the structure’s size, local building requirements and drainage, with ceiling finishes and lighting options discussed before construction. Any required engineering is identified during planning.

Design & Permits
We review your space, intended use and material preferences. Permit drawings and application services are available for an additional fee.
Footings & Posts
Foundations and post placement are planned for the structure and site conditions. Building on an existing deck requires an assessment of its support.
Frame & Roof
We build the frame and install the selected roofing, with attention to structural connections, weather protection and drainage.
Finish & Walkthrough
We complete the agreed finishes, clean up and review your structure with you, including care instructions and workmanship warranty coverage.
